Shipping policy

Every Forgewell piece is made by hand in small batches in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Because your order is made to order, please allow production time before your item ships.
Production & Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days of purchase. Rush orders are prioritized in the production queue and typically ship within 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods — new drops or seasonal peaks — standard production time may extend slightly. If that happens, I will post an update on the site and email recent buyers directly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carriers used: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS. Carrier is selected based on package size and destination.
Canada Shipping
Canadian orders ship via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. A $2.00 handling fee applies to all Canadian orders.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. Prepaid duties are available at checkout. Estimated transit time is 7–14 business days after the ship date.
There is no free shipping threshold for Canadian orders at this time.
International Shipping
International shipping outside of the United States and Canada is not available at this time. If you are outside these regions and would like to be notified when international shipping opens, email hello@forgewelloutdoor.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, reach out to hello@forgewelloutdoor.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel. If production has not yet started on your item, I can make changes or cancel. Once cutting or sewing has begun, changes may not be possible.
